Kingsland's Finish First At WMT's Squirrel Lake Event

There were nine muskies registered at the WMT's Squirrel Lake tournament, Sunday June 10th. Brad Jorgensen and Rob Rodziczak would register the first muskie of the day at 7:17am with a dandy 44 1/4 inch muskie. The first team to double up for the event was Kraig Kolka and Andy Mann at 12:19pm when they scored on a 35 1/2 incher to add to their earlier catch of 38 3/4 inches at 8:41am. Brad and Al Wirt would score on a 36 3/4 inch muskie that would give the brothers a fifth place finish. At 1:30pm, the father and son team of George and Patrick Kingsland would tally their second of the tourney with a 39 1/4 incher to go along with their first of 38 1/4 inch at 7:34am. The final muskie of the event would come at 2:42pm by the team of Bob and Scott Miesbauer of 44 1/4 inches.

Other teams to score on fish on the day were: Jeff Piazza and Ivan Stross with a 37 1/2"(reduced to 27.5 pts.) at 1:06pm, and Neil Barnett and Bill Hill with a 35" at 1:15pm.

The WMT's Squirrel Lake tournament paid down five places:

3rd - Brad Jorgensen and Rob Rodziczak
4th - Bob and Scott Miesbauer
5th - Brad and Al Wirt
