$140,000.00 Muskie Double Header™

The "Muskie Double Header™" is a bonus that could total $140,000.00 for the 2008 season. During the seven weekends of WMT back-to-back one-day tournaments, if a team should win both tournaments on the same weekend, that team would receive a bonus of $20,000.00 guaranteed, and because all of the one-day tournaments should fill up, that would be a $40,000.00 weekend for the winners.

The seven, WMT Double Header weekends, are scheduled on some of the best muskie waters during very productive times of the year. During the eight years of the WMT, the one-day events have proven to be the most popular tournaments on the tour, providing a chance to win a professional muskie tournament in a single day. A first in professional tournament history, the WMT's Double Header format has now made it possible for one team to win two events in one weekend. The prize for winning the Muskie Double Header™ is not only the large sum of cash, but also the zenith of muskie tournament's fishing bragging rights.

• Butternut Lake - June 1

• Pike/Round Lake Chain - June 28
• Squirrel Lake - June 29

• Lake Mohawksin - August 23
• Boom Lake - August 24

• Eagle River Chain - September 6
• Sand/Dan Lake Chain - September 7

All teams who enter both of the one-day tournaments on the same weekend, are eligible to win the Double Header bonus of $20,000.00 each weekend. No extra fees are charged to teams to be eligible for the Double Header bonus.
